Welcome to healthy gut and mind

We work with our clients to identify and implement personalised lifestyle nutritional changes that help address health concerns, promote a healthy gut, overall wellbeing and a zest for life.

If you are ready to make a nutritional change and would like to discuss what comes next

Is it time to change up your nutrition?

Making sustainable lifestyle nutritional changes sounds straight forward, but it can take a lot of patience and will power, especially in the early stages. Working closely with my clients, raising their awareness and helping them to understand the reasoning behind their customised program, helps with the adoption of beneficial practices that can be maintained.

The mantra ‘you are what you eat’, is somewhat of an oversimplification of reality but what we choose to consume can have a profound impact on our daily lives, health and longevity. Healthy eating is having a varied diet that meets your nutritional needs, taking into account your likes and dislikes, medical history, potential food allergies and intolerances as well as some less obvious aspects such as possible inflammation and the needs of your gut bacteria.

Taking time to understand your body will help you make choices that promote a healthier you.

Sustainable control over what you consume is at the centre of change. There is no silver bullet, no magic pill; your body has its own way of doing things, which when you understand it will open the door to new possibilities.
